Gemma started teaching in 1986 for the Crafts Council of the ACT, Canberra. After thirty-seven years she retires from active in-class and online teaching at the beginning of 2024. Her's has been a rewarding career of life long learning and forging firm friendships. She will continue to share her passion and knowledge through her lectures, her studio work and commissions. Gemma is always open to research ideas, collaboration and healthy discussion with friends and colleagues in the rich tapestry that is writing and illuminating and lettering ... and more!
Gemma is a firm believer in both deep and life long learning and has lectured extensively for the Australian and Decorative Fine Arts Society ADFAS.
